This Spring Seasonal blend brings together the distinct character of Ethiopia’s Sidamo and Colombia’s Huila, two regions known for producing expressive, high-quality coffees.
In Huila, smallholder farmers cultivate coffee at 1,700–2,000m, creating rich, sweet cups with notes of caramel and milk chocolate. Across Sidamo’s southern highlands, cool temperatures and high altitude slow cherry development, bringing bright floral and lemon-like citrus notes with a silky texture.
Together, these origins create a balanced Spring Seasonal — rich caramel sweetness from Colombia meeting the floral, citrus brightness of Ethiopia.
