At its foundation is Alta Mogiana, Brazil, produced by Flavia and Gabriel Oliveira. Grown in one of Brazil’s most consistent coffee regions and naturally processed, this lot brings structure and familiarity to the cup. Expect toasted nuts, gentle sweetness, and a rounded mouthfeel — the kind of base that gives the blend weight and approachability without flattening it.
Layered through this is Yirgacheffe Memitu, Ethiopia, a washed coffee selected for precision rather than intensity. It introduces pear and soft citrus notes, lifting the blend just enough to keep it lively while preserving balance. The acidity is clean and controlled, adding brightness without sharpness.
The result is a medium-bodied, well-balanced blend that works across espresso and milk. It’s expressive without being demanding, familiar yet refined
