Ayarza feels a bit different from the jump. You’ve got this deep crater lake sitting still in the middle of it all, and coffee growing along the edges like it’s learned to deal with whatever the land throws at it.

Nothing about it is soft. The ground’s volcanic, the slopes are uneven, and the weather shifts just enough to keep farmers on their toes. But that’s kind of the point—everything here is earned, not forced. The people growing it know their land, trust their timing, and don’t rush the process.
